Health In Our Hands Initiative is a community-driven effort that promotes holistic health, hygiene, and well-being through awareness, action, and advocacy. Rooted in the belief that true health begins with informed choices and responsible habits, this initiative empowers individuals—especially youth, women, and underprivileged communities—to take charge of their physical, mental, and environmental health.

Women Health, Hygiene & Happiness

Holistic Health

Prithvi Innovations in collaboration with IPEN (a global network) brings to you Mukti - a youth-led campaign to work towards a toxics-free future.

IPEN comprises over 600 public interest NGOs in more than 120 countries, largely low- and middle-income nations, to build a global movement for a toxics-free future.

We conduct regular Awareness Workshops on Cervical Cancer & Vaccination to safeguard the health of girls and women.

Under World Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Day we organize workshops, zoom meetings to break stigma, promote safe menstrual practices, and ensure every girl has access to hygiene, dignity, and knowledge.

We inspire individuals and communities to adopt a healthy, balanced and preventive lifestyle. Our initiatives focus on physical, mental, emotional and environmental well-being through expert sessions, screenings, fitness engagement, mindful living practices and community outreach.

  • As part of this initiative, a Cervical Cancer Prevention Vaccination Camp was organized for girls aged 9 to 14 years at Lucknow Cancer Institute, Jaimau, Lucknow, by Heal Foundation.

  • During the camp, we extended support to ensure vaccination for children in need, and we were able to help two young daughters of Mrs. Komal Sharma, (our Team Member) - Aradhya and Saumya receive their cervical cancer protection dose.

  • This effort reflects our commitment to safeguarding the health and dignity of every girl child through awareness, timely information and vaccination support.

Sustainable Menstrual Health, Hygiene & Happiness

  • We have been consistently leading Menstrual Hygiene Day Awareness Campaigns year after year, with focused efforts to break taboos, encourage informed conversations and promote safe, sustainable menstrual practices.

  • In 2024, our campaign featured the Happy Zero-Waste Period Workshop for faculty members, students and research scholars of the University of Kashmir, held online on 3rd June 2024 under the theme “Why Whisper When We Can Talk – A Step Towards Happy Green Periods.”

  • Participants left informed, motivated and confident to adopt greener menstrual choices—marking another meaningful year of empowering women and girls with dignity, awareness and sustainable solutions.

Blood Donation Drives

  • We continue our yearly efforts to promote Blood Donation Day with meaningful awareness drives.

  • In 2025, a Blood Donation Camp was successfully organised on 22nd August 2025 at Brahma Kumaris Seva Kendra, Jankipuram, bringing together committed donors to support lives in need.

  • As a gesture of gratitude and to strengthen our collective bond with nature, saplings were gifted to every donor, symbolising life, growth and sustainability.

  • Year after year, our blood donation awareness campaigns spread the message that every drop counts.

  • Through engaging campaigns, informative posts and interactive sessions, we inspire youth, community members and institutions to step forward, donate safely and encourage others.
